Biography

He holds a degree in Economic Sciences from the Unified School of Brasília (1981) and a master's degree in Rural Economy from the Federal University of Viçosa (1992). She has been working at the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation since 1977. She started her professional life at Embrapa Cerrados, where she worked for 23 years, the last 13 of which she worked as a researcher in the economics field, mainly in economic analysis of natural resources, family agriculture structuring, economic analysis applied to technological change, and use of reference farms for the economic insertion of small-scale agriculture. In 2000, he moved to Embrapa's Headquarters, in the Company's Research and Development Department, where he was strongly involved in the work of modifying the research organization system (Embrapa Management System - SEG). acquiring some skills in institutional development. In 2004 he took over the Deputy Chief of Administration of Embrapa Mandioca and Fruticultura in Bahia and in 2009 he held the same position at Embrapa Pesca e Aquicultura for the implementation of that Unit. He returned to the Company Headquarters in 2013 to take over the Coordination of Selection and Functional Management in the Department of Personnel Management (DGP).
