Biography
Food Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV) and a Master's Degree in Food Science from the Federal University of Lavras (UFLA). Experience in multinationals in Quality Assurance (production and laboratories) and work in several companies as a consultant in the area of ​​Quality Management. She served as Professor at the Federal University of Goiás (UFG) and Professor of Post-Graduation in Food Safety Management at SENAC. At Embrapa Rice and Beans since 2008, she has served as Supervisor of the Institutional Development Nucleus (NDI) responsible for Strategic Management, Environmental Management, Stewardship, Process Improvement, Quality Management (ISO 9001, ISO 17025 , BPL) and Social Responsibility. Project Leader for the development of the Stewardship Program for genetically modified organisms. Member of the Quality Management Committee (CGQ), Technical Training Committee (CTC) and Embrapa MP5 Technical Committee. He is currently in the Chief of the Secretariat of Management and Institutional Development.
