Biography

He holds a degree in Forestry Engineering from the Federal University of Paraná (1984), a Masters in Statistics, Mathematics and Computing from the Open University of Portugal (2010), a Master's Degree in Biological Sciences from the National Research Institute of the Amazon (1994) Federal University of Paraná (2004) and postdoctoral degree from the Techinische Universität Bergakademie Freiberg, Germany.
