Biography
He holds a degree in Agronomy Engineering from the Federal University of Viçosa (1982) and a Masters in Development and Environment from the Federal University of Paraíba (2002). Currently, he is an Analyst at the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation, with Embrapa Semiarid and rural producer. Has experience in the area of conservation planning, territorial development, working mainly on the following topics: territorial development, family agriculture, horticulture, agribusiness and technological diffusion.
