He is having a bachelor's degree at Agronomy from Federal University of Santa Maria (2000), master's degree at Agronomy from Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2002) and doctorate at Agronomy from Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2006). Has experience in Agronomy, focusing on Soil Fertilization, acting on the following subjects: afforestation, silvipastoril, brachiaria sp., Interaction genotype x environment and pasture recovery.
