Biography
He is having as University degree in Agronomy Engineering (1995) and Masters in Agronomy - Irrigation and Drainage (1999), both from the Federal University of Ceará. Currently employed by Embrapa, which is part of the Embrapa Fisheries and Aquaculture in the technology transfer area, currently serving the General Director, Assistant Director of Technology Transfer, president of the local intellectual property committee-CLPI, member of the Internal Technical Committee -CTI . He was Secretary of Agriculture and Water Resources of the municipality of Canindé / CE and Secretary of Agriculture and Environment of the municipality of Itaitinga / CE. He taught in the course of Technologist in Irrigation and Drainage of the Centec / CE Institute and was a consultant to Sebrae / CE.
