Biography
Graduated in Agronomy (2006) at the Federal University of Lavras - UFLA, later accomplishing the MSc (2008) and the Ph.D. (2010) in Genetics and Breeding at the Federal University of Viçosa - UFV. Currently works as researcher of the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation (Embrapa), stationed at the National Research Center of Agroenergy - CNPAE. Has experience in the areas of molecular genetics, genetic breeding and plant resistance to diseases, with emphasis on the application of molecular techniques in plant breeding.
