Biography
He is Graduated in Agronomic Engineering from Mossoro School of Agriculture (1994), Specialization in Management and Environmental Impact Assessment by the Faculty of Smile (2004) and Master in Economics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2009). He has experience in Agronomy, with emphasis on Social Technologies, acting on the following topics: Alternative Systems for Food Production (toy system Embrapa), Rural Sanitation, Venturers Production Systems and Agroforestry systems targeting sustainability. It was extension of the Department of Technical Assistance and Rural Extension of the State of Roraima (1995-1998). It was Supervisor of the Sector Implementation Technology Transfer Program (ITPS) EMBRAPA Cocais (2013-2016).
