She holds a bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from University of Campinas (1998), master's degree in Food Engineering from Campinas State University (2002) and doctorate at Food Technology from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2007). Has experience in Science and Technology of the Food, focusing on Technology of Dairy Foods, acting on the following subjects: ultrafiltration, mines fresh cheese, processed cheese, cheese analogues, emulsifying salts and cheese rheology.
