Biography
He is a graduate in Agronomy Engineering at Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (1992); MSc in Food Technology at State University of Campinas (1995) and a PhD at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. He is currently a professor of the MBA in Food Management at Veiga de Almeida University and an Analyst at the Brazilian Agricultural Research Company (Embrapa). He has experience in the areas of processing, food safety and nutrition and he works mainly in the following segments: meat and by-products; milk and dairy products; vegetables and derivatives; food enrichment.
