Biography
He received bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering from Federal University of Pelotas (1975), master's at Rural Extension from Federal University of Santa Maria (1981) and doctorate at Agronomy from University of Cordoba (1999). Has experience in Agronomy, acting on the following subjects: agroecology, epistemology, family agriculture, agro-environmental transition and essential oils.
