José Manuel Cabral De Sousa Dias

Biography

He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of São Paulo (1975), a master's degree (1982) and a doctorate (1988) in Chemical Engineering from the same University. He is a researcher at the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation since 1980. He currently holds (for the second time) of Embrapa Genetic Resources and Biotechnology in Brasília (DF), where he held the Deputy Chief of Communication and Business from 1998 to 2003. From 2004 to 2008 he was General Manager of Embrapa Genetic Resources and Biotechnology. From 2009 to 2011 he was Head of Communications and Business at Embrapa Agroenergia, where he also held the Technical Transfer Headquarters from 2012 to 2014.
