He is graduate at Agronomy from Federal University of Ceará (1993), master's at Agronomy from Federal University of Lavras (1996) and ph.d. at Agronomy from Federal University of Viçosa (2000). Has experience in Agronomy, focusing on Physiology of Cultivated Plants, acting on the following subjects: salinity, photosynthesis, string bean, gas exchange and cotton.
