He received his bachelor's degree in Engineering \ Industrial Chemistry from University of São Paulo (1994), master's at Genetics from University of São Paulo (1999) and doctorate at Biochemical-Pharmaceutical Technology from Technische Universität Berlin (2005). Has experience in Law, acting on the following subjects: fermentation, beer, maturation, experiment planning and patents.
