Biography
Agronomic Engineer graduated from the University of São Paulo (2005), MSc in Agronomy from the University of São Paulo (2008), Business Management Specialist (MBA Strategic Business Management - USP / ESALQ - 2016) La Verne - California - USA) and in negotiation strategies and management of change (National School of Public Administration - Brazil). Certified as HCMBOK® 3G Practitioner and HCMP® 3G Expert Professional (Human Change Management Professional) - 2017. Embrapa Employee - Brazilian Agricultural Research Company - Analyst of Strategic Management of Research and Development. He is currently the Coordinator of Negotiation and Contracts at the Embrapa Business Secretariat - Brasília. He has worked at Embrapa Cassava and Fruits in several processes, (PSO model), change management, application of Analytical Hierarchy Process in complex decisions (portfolios prioritization), management boards, institutional agenda and strategic plans, performance management in R & D, construction and extraction of Business Intelligence reports, elected member of the internal technical committee, elected from the local committee of salary progression and member of the local committee of technological results. He has developed an Innovation Management project for the public sector, at Embrapa, the coordinator of action plans and activities. He currently holds an MBA in Project Management (USP-ESALQ).
