Mrs. Dilma Seli Pena Pereira served as Member of the Board of Executive Officers at the Basic Sanitation Company of the State of Sao Paulo. Mrs. Pereira served as the Assistant Secretary for the Economics and Planning Secretariat of the State of São Paulo, served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Sanitation Company of the State of Sao Paulo since January 27, Mrs. Pereira was responsible for the State Secretariat of Sanitation andHe serves as a Member of the Superior Environmental Council of Fiesp and of the Fiscal Council of Sabesp. Mrs. Pena serves as a Regular Member of the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo, or FIESP. Mrs. Pena served as a Director of the Basic Sanitation Company of the State of Sao Paulo since April 28, 2011. Until December 2006, she served as a Member of the Fiscal Council of the State Sanitation Company of Sao Paulo. She has published a number of articles, texts and books in the areas of sanitation, water resources and planning. Mrs. Pereira holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the School of Business Administration of São Paulo - Getúlio Vargas Foundation in 1987 and a degree in Geography from Universidade de Brasília. Pena serves as a Regular Member of Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo, or FIESP. Mrs. Pena served as a Director of the Basic Sanitation Company of the State of Sao Paulo since April 28, 2011.
