Biography

Graduated in Bachelor's and Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences by the Federal University of Ceará (2000), with a Doctorate in Biochemistry from the Federal University of Ceará (2006), Biologie Cellulaire et Physiologie - Université de Paris XI (Paris-Sud) and Post-Doctorate at the University of Maryland in the USA (2015). In 2009, approved in a public contest for the higher teaching as assistant professor I of the Department of Biology of the Federal University of Ceará, and is currently associate professor I. Vice-coordinator of the undergraduate course in Biological Sciences - Bachelor and Bachelor of UFC in September 2012 to July 2014. Area coordinator of PIBID-UFC subproject Biology from May 2013 to July 2014. Collaborator of the Division of Evaluation of Basic Education (DAEB) of the National Institute of Studies and Institutional Research Anísio Teixeira (INEP) from September 2011 to April 2014 and from April 2016 to the present day. 

Research Interest

Experienced in the area of ​​Teaching (Sciences and Biology) and Biochemistry, with emphasis on Immunology, working mainly in the following subjects: immunomodulation, inflammation, vegetable oils as adjuvants, tropical fruits and oxidative stress.
