Biography
Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (1986), Master's degree in Ecology, Conservation and Management of Wild Life by the Federal University of Minas Gerais (1992) and PhD in Botany by the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2005) . Currently Associate Professor II of the Department of Biology, Science Center, Federal University of Ceará (UFC). Professor of the Graduate Program in Ecology and Natural Resources of UFC.
Research Interest
She has experience in Botany, working mainly on the following topics: (1) taxonomy of aquatic plants and (2) ecology of temporary aquatic environments of Brazilian semi-arid.
