Biography
She has a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences (1999), a Master's degree in Botany (2001) and a Ph.D. in Science with an emphasis in Botany (2006) from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. Currently She is Associate Professor at the Federal University of Ceará and Coordinator of the Post-Graduation in Ecology and Natural Resources of the same University. Researcher with experience in Botany, with emphasis on Plant Ecophysiology, she is interested in understanding the mechanisms that structure plant communities. She has been working with seed germination, competition and facilitation between plants and restoration of degraded areas. In addition to these interests, she has already worked with mycorrhizae, population ecology and phenotypic plasticity.
Research Interest
Plant Ecophysiology, Vegetal physiology, Ecological Interactions and Vegetable ecology.
