Biography
Graduated in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Ceará (1977), master's degree in Food Science and Technology, Federal University of Ceará (1984) and PhD in Ecology and Natural Resources at the Federal University of Ceará (2012). He is currently associate professor at the Federal University of Ceará and permanent member of the Graduate Program in Ecology and Natural Resources of the UFC in 2014. He has experience in microbiology, with emphasis in Environmental Microbiology.
Research Interest
working in the following areas: microbial ecology, with emphasis in the semi-arid region, water and food quality, wastewater and study of microorganisms with biotechnological potential.
