Biography
Alexandre Antonio Vieira Graduated in Biological Sciences from the University of Araraquara (2002). Developed his master's and doctorate in the Physiology Laboratory (UNESP-Araraquara) by the agreement (UNESP / Federal University of São Carlos, UFSCAR) where he studied the role of the central nervous system in cardiovascular control and in the hydroelectrolytic balance. He has a 2-year postdoctoral training at the University of Minnesota, USA (November 2008 / October 2010) where he studied the role of the circumventricular organs in hypertension induced by chronic infusion of angiotensin II in non-anesthetized rats. Currently works as Adjunct Professor of Physiology at the Federal University of Uberlândia / MG, UFU.
