Biography

Georgia of Thanksgiving Graduated in Nutrition from the Federal University of Ouro Preto (2005), Master's Degree in Biological Sciences from the same University (2007), PhD from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2014), area of ​​concentration: Health Promotion, Prevention and Control of Aggravations. Postdoctoral degree in Epidemiology by the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2014-2015). She is currently assistant professor of Nutrition at the Federal University of Uberlândia, tutor of the Multiprofessional Health Residency Program in the areas of Special Patients, Oncology and Clinical Nutrition and Professor of Post-graduation in Health Sciences. She works in the areas of clinical nutrition, genetic and nutritional epidemiology.
