Humberto Molinar Henrique

Biography

Humberto Molinar Henrique olds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Uberlândia (1987), a master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (1991) and a PhD in sandwich chemistry from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and the University of California at Santa Barbara / CA / USA - UCSB (1999). He was a visiting researcher at the University of California in Santa Barbara / CA (UCSB) from 1997 to 1998 where he developed several research projects in the area of ​​industrial automation in collaboration with Prof. Dale E. Seborg. Currently Associate Professor 2 of the Federal University of Uberlândia. Has experience in Chemical Engineering with emphasis on Industrial Processes of Chemical Engineering, working mainly in the areas of alternative energies with emphasis on pyrolysis processes and mineral technology with emphasis on fertilizers, limestone and calcium oxide. He also works in the area of ​​automation of neural systems and networks. He is a post-graduate advisor at the master's and doctoral level of the Post-Graduation Program in Chemical Engineering of the Federal University of Uberlândia. He is a collaborating researcher of the Post-Graduation Program in Chemical Engineering of the Federal University of Alagoas. He also develops projects in the field of new technologies for the production of calcium oxide, lime milk, binders for the HPS (Hybrid Pelletized Sinter Process) sintering process, alternative fuels for calciner furnaces based on solid waste pyrolysis and fertilizer production technologies.
