Biography
Jonny Yokosawa holds a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences (1988) and a PhD in Biochemistry at the Institute of Chemistry of the University of São Paulo (1995); (1996-1997) and the Division of Viral Hepatitis of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC - Atlanta, USA 1997-1999); he worked as a senior researcher (2004-2010) in the research and development area of ​​NG Biotecnologia Ltda (Brazil) - NL Biotechnologies LLC (USA) in partnership with Probiomed SA de CV (Mexico) and CDC. He is Professor of Virology at the Biomedical Sciences Institute of the Federal University of Uberlândia since January / 2011.
