Biography
LÃbia Diniz Santos holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Uberlândia (2004), a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Uberlândia (2007) and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Uberlândia (2014). She is currently an effective professor of Food Engineering at the Federal University of Uberlândia at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering at Patos de Minas Campus. In 2008-2010, she was a professor at the Almeida Rodrigues College, at the Quasar College, and provided temporary services to SENAI in Rio Verde regarding training courses for professionals in the sugar and alcohol industry. She has experience in Chemical Engineering, with emphasis on Biochemical Processes, mainly in the following research topics: beta-galactosidase, kluyveromyces marxiamus, hydrolysis of lactose, immobilization,
