Biography
Liliane Maciel de Oliveira holds a bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from the Federal University of Viçosa (2006), a master's degree (2009) and a Ph.D. (2013) in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos, Biochemical Engineering. She was a FAPESP postdoctoral fellow from 2013 to 2015. She is currently a professor of Food Engineering at the Federal University of Uberlândia, Patos de Minas campus. He has experience in the area of ​​fermentation processes and separation of biotechnological products, working mainly on the following topics: production and purification of beta-lactam antibiotics, development of fermentative processes of new compounds.
