Biography

Marcio de Barros Bandarra holds a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University Center of the Octávio Bastos Teaching Foundation (2006). He concluded the Residency Program in Animal Pathology at the University Center of the Octávio Bastos Teaching Foundation (2008). He completed his Masters in Veterinary Medicine in the area of ​​Animal Pathology in July of 2010 at Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP, Jaboticabal, SP). PhD in Veterinary Medicine, in the Animal Pathology area of ​​the Postgraduate Program in Veterinary Medicine of the FCAV, UNESP, Jaboticabal, SP in June 2014. He is currently Professor of Veterinary Pathology and Legal Veterinary Medicine at the Federal University of Uberlândia - UFU. He has experience in Veterinary Medicine, with emphasis in Animal Pathology, Immunopathology, Canine Leishmaniasis, Immunohistochemistry, histopathological exams, and necropsies. He also works in the area of ​​Legal Veterinary Medicine.
