Biography
Marcus Vinícius Coutinho Cossi Graduated in Veterinary Medicine at the Federal University of Viçosa. Master and PhD in Veterinary Medicine. He is currently a lecturer at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the Federal University of Uberlândia. She teaches in the disciplines of Meat, Eggs, Fish and Honey Inspection; Processing of Animal Origin Products; Certification and Traceability.
