Biography

Marieli de Lima Adjunct Professor at the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU), Faculty of Chemical Engineering, in the undergraduate course in Food Engineering and in the Graduate Program in Food Engineering, both at the Campus of Patos de Minas - MG. PhD in Food Engineering on 03/24/2014 by the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). Master in Food Engineering on 07/08/2010 from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). Food Engineer graduated on 01/19/2008 by the University of Passo Fundo (UPF) UERGS Agreement. He has a PhD from the Norwegian Institute of Food, Fisheries and Aquaculture Research (NOFIMA) in Stavanger, Norway, through the PDSE (CAPES). He completed post-doctoral internship at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), at the Laboratory of Physical Properties of Food (PROFI)
