Biography
Marta Fernanda Zotarelli Food Engineering (State University of Maringá, 2008), with a Master's Degree in Food Engineering (Federal University of Santa Catarina, 2010), PhD in Food Engineering (Federal University of Santa Catarina, 2014). Assistant Professor A at the Federal University of Uberlândia, Faculty of Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering and Biotechnology course at the Patos de Minas campus - MG. He has experience in Food Engineering, with emphasis in drying processes such as spray drying, refractance window, convective drying and freeze drying of foods, especially fruits and, bioproducts (microorganisms, biofertilizers, etc.) microencapsulation of bioproducts by different methods, and performance in quality control in food industries.
