Biography
Milla Gabriela dos Santos has a degree in Food Engineering - Faculdades Associadas de Uberaba (2006), a Master's Degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of São Paulo (2009) and a PhD in Food Engineering from the University of São Paulo (2014). She is currently an effective professor at the Federal University of Uberlândia. He has experience in Food Science and Technology, with emphasis on microencapsulation and Milk Technology.
