Biography

Professor of Immunology, Adjunct level 3, Federal University of Uberlândia, Minas Gerais. She holds a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Faculty of Agrarian and Veterinary Sciences - UNESP Jaboticabal (1989), a Ph.D. in Immunology and Parasitology Applied by the Federal University of Uberlândia - UFU (2000 and 2005). She completed his PhD (2006) with a project by FAPEMIG in the area of ​​allergens of pollen of Lolium multiflorum (ryegrass). He has experience in Immunology, with emphasis in Allergy, working mainly on the following topics: grass pollen grains allergy, sensitization and exposure to house dust mite allergens, IgE and human Strongyloidiasis. In the area of ​​education, specialization in the Activation of Processes of Change in the Formation of Health Professionals - EAD / ENSP / FIOCRUZ (2014) course offered by the Open University System of Brazil (UAB / CAPES / MEC), focusing on active methodologies in the area of ​​health in the process teaching-learning. She is a member of the NDEs of the Nursing and Nutrition courses at UFU.

Research Interest

She has experience in Immunology, with emphasis in Allergy, working mainly on the following topics: grass pollen grains allergy, sensitization and exposure to house dust mite allergens, IgE and human Strongyloidiasis.
