Biography

Renata Graciele Zanon Adjunct Professor of the Federal University of Uberlância (UFU) in the area of ​​human anatomy and professor accredited in the Postgraduate Program in Applied Cellular and Structural Biology of UFU. Graduated in Physiotherapy from the Federal University of São Carlos (2002). Specialist in Physiotherapy applied to Orthopedics and Traumatology (IOT / FMUSP, 2003-2004). PhD in Cellular and Structural Biology with emphasis in Human Anatomy (UNICAMP). Has experience in morphology, molecular biology and cell culture. He develops research in the area of ​​neuroscience, in the line of nerve regeneration, synaptic plasticity, especially studying the role of astrocytes in injury and disease processes. With these aspects, currently also develops research within the thematic obesity, inflammation and nervous system.
