Biography
Rodrigo Aparecido Moraes de Souza Holds master's degree in Food Science and Technology from the Luiz de Queiroz School of Agriculture of the University of São Paulo (ESALQ) / USP) (2007) and PhD in Science from the Center for Nuclear Energy in Agriculture of the University of São Paulo (CENA / USP). Has experience in Food Science and Technology, with emphasis on Food Quality, Food Technology of Plant Origin, Food Analysis, Antioxidants in Food. Acting mainly on the following topics: fruit pulp, non-alcoholic beverages (tea, juices and nectars), food preservation, bioactive compounds (phenolic) and antioxidant activity.
