Biography
Veterinary doctor graduated in 2006 by the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU), MG. Completed the Residency Program in Small Animal Clinics at Universidade Estadual Paulista - UNESP - Campus Jaboticabal, SP (2007-2009). He completed his Masters and PhD in Veterinary Medicine (Clinical Medicine) at UNESP - Jaboticabal Campus with emphasis in the areas of hematology and veterinary endocrinology (2009-2015), with a PhD Sandwich from the Laboratory of Endocrinology of Ohio State University (OSU), Ohio, United States (2013). He finished his postdoctoral degree in Veterinary Medicine with emphasis in Endocrinology by UNESP-Jaboticabal (2015-2016). Member of the Brazilian Association of Veterinary Endocrinology (ABEV), Collaborating Researcher at the University of California, Davis (UC Davis), United States; Unesp - Jaboticabal campus and University of Franca (UNIFRAN), SP, Brazil. Author / Publisher of the books Routine Cases in Veterinary Medicine of Small Animals and of the Medical-Veterinary Bulletin Dogs and Cats and Idealizer / Partner of BoolaVet. Professor of Semiology and Medical Clinic of Small Animals and Post-graduation of the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU), MG. She has experience in Small Animal Clinical Medicine, with emphasis in Endocrinology, acting as researcher mainly in the subjects of diabetes mellitus, hyperadrenocorticism, hypoadrenocorticism, among other endocrinopathies.
