Biography
Ubirajara Coutinho Filho has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Uberlândia (1993), a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Uberlândia (1996) and a PhD in Biochemistry from the Federal University of Uberlândia (2004). He is currently an associate professor at the Federal University of Uberlândia. He has experience in Chemical Engineering and Biochemistry in studies involving fermentation technology such as ethanol production, production of probiotic formulations, biodegradation of effluents, solid state fermentation, production and use of enzymes
