Experience over 20 years in ethanolic fermentation process, sugar production, beverages (spirits and beer ) processes.Acts as an industrial consultant in the sugar and ethanol production in more than 70 industries in Brazil, which main focus is related to increase industrial efficiency, identification and correction of the points of losses in the process, cost reduction and personnel training to technical and manager levels. Optimization of the entire production process of sugar and alcohol, since the quality of raw material until finished product.More than 45 % of the ethanol produced in Brazil applies Fermentec technology.International consultant for distilleries of ethanol from various feed stocks, as corn (Canada) and spirits (Bacardi Rum /Puerto Rico, Jose Cuervo Tequila / Mexico, Tequila Cazadores / Mexico, neutral ethanol (Ecuador and El Salvador).
