Biography
In 2008 I joined Fermentec and since then I have been working with R & D activities in industry and in the laboratory, acting as researcher / consultant. I am part of the Fermentec Project Team, responsible for the elaboration of research projects for development institutions and the like. Currently acting as coordinator of the research area in the industry. I have experience in the area of ​​fermentation and microbiological and chemical techniques in the process control and production of sugar and alcohol. I have been accompanying the development of high alcohol fermentation technology since 2008, participating in pilot plant trials and technology scale-up, as well as being involved in the partnership with Dedini for the implementation of ECOFERM. I have experience in the field of Genetics and Applied Immunology, working mainly in the following subjects: PVX, PepYMV, PVY, phytosanitary control, immunodiagnosis, serological tests (ELISA), viral purification, greenhouse plants management and molecular techniques RT-PCR, cloning and expression of recombinant proteins).
