Mr. Dalton Carlos Heringer has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Fertilizantes Heringer S.A. since April 10, 2013 and serves as its Member of Executive Board. Mr. Heringer has worked for Fertilizantes Heringer since 1986, having served in each of the Administrative, Financial, Technical and Sales Departments. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Fertilizantes Heringer S/A since 2004. He served as chief executive officer and president of the board of Trufa S.A. from 1998 to 2002. He has been Deputy Chairman of Fertilizantes Heringer S.A. since 2004 and serves as its Director. He is also a member-director of the AMA and of the SIACESP. Mr. Heringer holds a Bachelor’S Degree in Business Administration from Centro Superior de Ciências Sociais de Vila Velha, Espírito Santo.
