Biography
Ms. Doris Beatriz Franca Wilhelm serves as Investor Relations Officer and a Member of the Executive Board of Forjas Taurus SA since December 16, 2011. She has more than 30 years of experience in capital markets in the areas of investment and investor relations. She has acted as Investor Relations Officer of Paranapanema SA. Prior to that, she was also Investor Relations Officer at Grendene SA, Companhia de Tecidos Norte de Minas – Coteminas, Votorantim Papel e Celulose SA, AMBEV / Cia Antarctica Paulista and at Unibanco – Uniao de Bancos Brasileiros SA. She also held positions in the areas of investment analysis and credit at Banco Iochpe de Investimentos SA, Banco de Comercio e Industria de Sao Paulo – Comind and at Banco Maisonnave de Investimentos SA. She held the position of Chief Executive Officer of IBRI - Instituto Brasileiro de Relacoes com Investidores and Member of the Executive Board of IBGC – Instituto Brasileiro de Governanca Corporativa. She also attended specialization courses in Global Finance Politics and Development Economy and Politics at London School of Economics – LSE. She gained a degree in Economics from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) in 1979 and a Master's in International Finance from the University of Westminster in 1996.
