Biography
Mr. Jorge Py Velloso serves as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Institutional Relations and Planning Officer and a Member of the Executive Board of Forjas Taurus SA. He has been Industrial Manager at Metalurgica Silber SA and Siltec Industria Tecnica SA. In 1979, he was appointed Manager of Quality Control at the Company. He acted as Member of the Executive Board of Taurus Blindagens Ltda, Taurus Helmets Industria Plastica Ltda and Taurus Maquinas-Ferramenta Ltda. He gained a degree in Marketing from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, from Pontificia Universidade Catolica do Rio Grande do Sul and in Mechanical Engineering from Pontificia Universidade Catolica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS).
