Biography

Mr. Alceu Duilio Calciolari served as the Chief Executive Officer of Gafisa S.A. since May 9, 2011 and served as its Investor Relations Officer since January 2006. Mr. Calciolari served as Chief Finance Officer of Gafisa S.A. since January 2006 and served as Principal Accounting Officer. He served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Gafisa S.A. since May 9, 2011 until July 4, 2011. He served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Gafisa S.A. He started his career as a trainee at ABN AMRO Real S.A. in 1978 and served as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP from 1983 to 1996. Mr. Calciolari served as Chief Financial Officer of Tupy S.A. from 1996 to 1998 and ALL America Latina Logística S.A., from 1998 to 2000. At both Tupy and All America Latina Logistica S.A., he served as the Controller and Chief Financial Officer and was responsible for supplies and information technology. From 2001 to 2005, he served as a Controller and managed human resources, information technology and finance at Gafisa. He served as Chairman of Board of Directors and Director at Construtora Tenda S.A and served as its Vice-Chairman. Mr. Calciolari holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas and a Master's degree in Controllership from Pontifícia Universidade de São Paulo.
