Biography

Jamey Mock has been the Vice President of Audit Staff since October 2015. He leads a team of over 400 people responsible for ensuring financial statement integrity, controllership, compliance, and best practices throughout the company. Before joining the Corporate Audit Staff, Jamey was the Chief Financial Officer of the Subsea Systems & Drilling business of GE Oil & Gas, based in Aberdeen, UK. In this role, he was responsible for driving growth and controllership, including 31 manufacturing and service facilities, more than 8,400 employees in 11 countries around the world, and one of the industry’s most extensive product and service portfolios. Prior to his current role, Jamey spent 10 years in the Aviation industry, all with GE. He was the CFO of the Commercial Services division based in Cincinnati, Ohio, an $8 billion business that maintains, repairs and overhauls GE commercial engines. Jamey also served as CFO of the Commercial Engines Operation, which designs, develops and manufactures over 2,000 commercial engines annually to leading airframers and airlines across the globe. Finally, he served as Financial Planning and Analysis Director of GECAS, a leading aircraft financing business. Jamey joined GE in 1999 in its Financial Management Program at GE Plastics in Pittsfield, MA. Thereafter he joined the Corporate Audit Staff, where he spent the next five years working with all GE businesses around the world, advancing to Executive Audit Manager of GE Aviation & Transportation. Jamey holds a BA in Economics from St. Lawrence University. He is married to Jen and they have 3 children, ages six, four and two. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling & golfing.
