Raghu Krishnamoorthy

Biography

Raghu Krishnamoorthy is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of GE. In this role, he leads GE's overall HR activities and global HR organization, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Learning, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, Union Relations, and Security. Raghu joined GE in 1994 as Human Resources leader of GE Capital, India. In a career at GE spanning more than 20 years, Raghu has served in a variety of human resources leadership roles at GE businesses around the world, including VP of HR at GE Aviation from 2009-2013, Head of Executive Development and Chief Learning Officer for GE from 2013-2015, and VP of HR at GE Healthcare from 2015-2017. Prior to joining GE, Raghu served in organizations like American Express and the Xerox joint venture in India. He holds a Master’s degree in business administration from the Indian Institution of Management, Ahmedabad, India. In 1993, he attended the University of Minnesota as a Fulbright scholar. In 2009, he was named among the Top 50 Asian Americans in the world of business by Asian American Business Development Center.
