Biography
More than twenty years experience in the corporate area as a director and partner of Franco Celano Comunicação, with a large client portfolio, engaged in consulting products in the organizational communications, personnel Management, International Management and strategic planning areas. At the moment, in the academic field, she is an Adjunct Professor for the Master’s in Administration at the IBMEC Business School in Rio de Janeiro and a Visiting Professor with the FGV/EBAPE, while also working with executive education programs. Her main research interests are focused on Organizational Studies, Personnel Management, Organizational Communications, Education in Management and International Management.
