Biography
Assistant Professor, FGV/EBAPE. He was a Professor at the University of Sorocaba (UNISO) and was involved with assessing public programs implemented by the Ministry for Social Development and Combating Hunger (MDS) and the Ministry for Agrarian Development (MDA). He has experience with estimation models explaining rural land prices.
