Accomplished professional with 20+ years of experience in Consulting Business and Human Resources, having helped professionals from diverse industries to better understand the ever-changing job market and thus providing them with sound guidance on how to position in their areas of expertise. Also gives advice on applications, job hunting and interview techniques. Guided the careers of over 670 executives, an important part of them having reached the "C" Level. Renowned headhunter who has led successfully 720 executive search projects for senior positions for more than 85 corporations. Proven capacity in sourcing candidates by matching them with specific job requirements. Large experience interviewing people one to one or in small groups identifying skills gaps in candidate´s career and how to deal with them. President of the FGV Association of Former Students - Alumni FGV - an organization created in São Paulo, in the early '50s. In this role implemented a career services program in order to provide career counseling to the extensive alumni network. Also act as a liaison with the Alumni Association of Michigan State University, alma mater of FGV / SP.
