Biography
A Full Professor at the FGV/EBAPE where he coordinated the PhD in Administration Program, he was an Assistant Professor between 2004 and 2010, and an Associate Professor (with tenure) between 2010 and 2012 at the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley, USA. He has published papers in some of the leading marketing journals (Journal of Consumer Research and Journal of Marketing Research), as well as psychology (Psychological Science), organizational behavior (Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes) and finance (Review of Finance). A winner of the Early Career Award 2011 offered by the Association for Consumer Research, and the Outstanding Reviewer Award 2011 offered by the Journal of Consumer Research, he is also one of the Young Scholars of the Marketing Science Institute (2007) and a Scholar with the Center for Advanced Studies in Behavioral Sciences at the University of Stanford (2004). He is currently the Associate Editor of the Journal of Consumer Research, and is also a member of the editorial staff of the Journal of Marketing Research and Journal of Consumer Psychology.
