Biography

Experience in BPO, Marketing, Project Management and HR. During 4 years I worked giving support to international projects as PMO, using the PMI project manager methodologies in IBM. I dedicated 6 months to coordinate a project for a non-profit organization. I returned to IBM as Operation Team Leader for Santander project, responsible for financial planning, cost control, Transition Manager and Leadership and in 2011 I became HR Manager, responsible for Resourcing, Learning and Reward Operations for Unilever Account and in September/2011 I assumed also the Leadership for EDM and Benefits Operation for Unilever, P&G and IBM Internal. After this I assumed as ADPE (Associate Delivery Project Executive) to Unilever Account in a Commercial Position attending Brazil Operation and supporting 14,000 employees. In the 2013 ending I assumed as Recruitment Account Manager for GBS Latin America and actually I'm the Brazil Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Leader for IBM Brazil. . I have lived in the US for a year and a half, fluent English and intermediate Spanish. I have dual citizenship: Brazilian and Lithuanian.
