Biography
An Adjunct Professor with the FGV/EBAPE, he also heads up its Academic Training and Research Center (CFAP) and is the Academic Coordinator of the Administration Certification Program at the Getulio Vargas Foundation. He was a Professor at the School of Economics, University of Coimbra, Portugal between 1996 and 2007.
